Good turn out at the nursing home stop

Paul Gorrell chatting with a resident

Guess Paul liked the place since he
joined the audience

Yum good ice cream

Each owner gave a short talk about
their car and how they got into Crosley collecting

|

Good time had by all
|

The park had a man
made sledding hill and that was to much of a challenge for a
FarmOroad owner and before you knew it all the Crosleys were
following to the top.
|

We didn't drive up the sledding
side there is a lesser grade on the sides to give access to the
top
|

Long ways down, that is a PreWar
Liberty Sedan down below. He made it to the top too but went
down to take some pictures.

Flat tire required a pit crew, two

Off the mountain when the Scouts arrived
|

Jeff gave a short (not short
enough, very hot out in the sun) overview of Powel Crosley and
his many products including the cars. Then rides were given to
anyone that wanted one.
|

Apparently a neighbor didn't like
all the cars on the park lawn and called the police. As you can
see the police drove their much heavier car out on the grass to
tell us to move off the grass. Since no damage was done he let
us finish our scout stop, but no more driving, accept to leave.
