2014 Friday
Friday started out early, I over slept and didn't look out our camper
window till 6:30am and there were buyers already in the flea market.
Larger flea market than the last few years with lots of parts to buy and a
nice variety of cars and other Crosley powered things for sale. The
trading Post and Silent Auction were going strong all day. The every
popular Crosley games had many participants this year, we had the ever
popular coasting, fishing and going to the dance. Some of the entries had
way to much fun. Lizzy Frye gave a progress report on the youth project
Crosley and ended it by driving it away. Keystone Region Road Rally had a
good turn out, 32+ cars, lots of lookers at Tiny’s Dairy Barn while we ate
ice cream. An informal meeting finished the day, cookies and other goodies
were served. Regional and Vendor reports ended with the announcement that
Service Motors had sold and is moving to Nevada. Butch and Fonda were
presented with a cake and a around of applause for 21 years of service to
the Crosley community. Another great day with perfect weather.
Lots of fleas this year |
