CAC 2012 - Thursday

Thursday is the official first day of the Nationals, we purposely keep it low key to give old and new friends a chance to catch up.  Also gives the club board a day to meet where we don't have to miss other events.  Members and Crosley roll in throughout the day. We have a nice tour to a local nursing home for ice cream and a visit with some of the residents. We had 15 Crosleys this year from PreWar all the way through.  Most models were represented. We round out the day with a campfire and a chance to tell a few more stories. We had to settle for my small fire cap this year because it has been so dry we didn't want to burn the fairgrounds down with the Yankee style fire.
